I would just like to say a massive thank you to the Alcom team. From start to Finish they listened to what I wanted from a website and now it has grown from strength to strength. Last week we won an award for online business of the year thanks to the great online booking system that Alcom created for us. There was a lot of teething issues getting the online booking to work with google but Alcom worked extremely hard to get every issue sorted for us. Thank you Alcom.

Hi Abe, I just wanted to write to you to thank you and your team for the way you helped us out when we had problems with several days of power cuts. Being without phones and emails, is crippling for any business, so I really appreciated you sorting out an alternative workaround so quickly. Although our printers and machines did not work, at least we could email and make/take calls, so the outside world knew we were still here!
As with most things, when I.T is reliably working, it is easy to take for granted. So another big thank you for keeping our systems running and problem free. I always feel confident recommending you to anyone who needs a reliable and professional I.T company.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Installation of straightforward internet connection had to be completely redone by another supplier and equipment replaced after just 2 months. Still waiting on a refund previously agreed for equipment.

UPDATE FOLLOWING ALCOM RESPONSE 14th November 2018

Thank you for the refund for the equipment supplied which I have now received. According to your engineers the access point supplied was working properly. If this is the case the light now falls on the quality of the installation. You may have indeed sorted your processes going forward but this whole experience has left me severely out of pocket and chewed a lot of my time. A reasonable and fair client service problem extremely badly handled. In the light of this whole experience I would personally look elsewhere for anything to do with connectivity.

So I woke up this morning to find my website had been hacked and was no longer working, within a couple hours, Alcom had rung me back after my initial email and spent 2 hours reinstating my website. The most impressive part was the way they helped me install new software to prevent the hacker getting in again as well as ensuring we changed passwords and testing to ensure everything worked. I am so pleased that Alcom helped me do all this and let me concentrate on running my business.

I presented Alcom with a problem in which erroneously my email address had been blacklisted. Alcom responded quickly to my request for help & resolved the issue within 3 hours. Yet another example of the courteous, speedy & professional help I've received over a nine year period..

I began consulting for a business in the Summer of 2020, this was a challenging time for any company juggling the demands of remote working and numerous IT issues. My immediate task was to assess all existing suppliers, processes and look for cost savings and service improvements.

We were using a server which was clunky and slow resulting in numerous calls to the previous providers helpdesk. I began looking for an alternative and found Alcom. Abe has been amazing as have his team. With Alcom it has been seamless, we are now using much more responsive software which has greatly improved our efficiency and significantly reduced our need to call the helpdesk. We have great new machines which are fit for purpose and can rely on Alcom completely.

If you need a responsive, customer focussed IT Support Company I have no hesitation in recommending Alcom - you won't be disappointed.

We have just set up a brand new operation , Hastings Home Claims Services, providing claims handling services to Hastings Direct, so it was very important we got it right.
