Rich and John-Paul of MDC recently installed our servers, network and telecommunications. They made the process straightforward and easy to understand, especially in explaining and understanding our current and future business requirements in choosing the right hardware. The equipment, cabling and hardware installation went ahead on the date agreed. We were up and running on the new servers and phones by the end of the day and without unexpected delays to our manufacturing. It really was at it should be. After sales support has far has been excellent and we don't expect that will falter. IT as it should be!!
