My grandson and myself, chose the equipment to build a complete new computer. We went into Click IT - Computer Repairs in Rugeley, spoke to Neil and Adam, they ordered, case and all components, built and tested all within 3 days. This is the best service I have ever had. 10/10

Click IT really were fantastic in helping my build a custom gaming PC. Due to Coronavirus lock-downs they kept me informed and up-to-date on the situation along with telling me when they had parts in.

Build quality was excellent, and it runs like an actual dream!! Their knowledge and understanding of giving me the best and not ripping me off, with them actually betting better parts and no charging me more was awesome, service was second to none unlike other places.

Happy I was recommended to these guys, and I will be recommending them to others.

I needed to upgrade my sons pc before Christmas and a long story short it was a disaster - BUT Neil from Click-it In Rugeley was amazing! In the end I ended up with a new build, but not before Neil spent hours on my lads pc trying to upgrade, calls at 21.00 at night still working on it to keep me informed. Not many honest true professionals left in the industry- but Neil is one of those guys. One very happy boy at Christmas.

Had a problem with my computor - was worried that I needed a new one which I couldn't afford. It turned out it was the hard drive, but Adam and Neil were great and got it sorted, and it didn't cost the earth. Its working as good as new now.

At the beginning of the year, my old laptop had locked itself due to an End Of Life, Anti Theft software which wasn’t supported by the vendor anymore.

I didn’t know the password, as I didn’t set it up, and I had numerous attempts, with no luck.

I wasn’t worried about the laptop. It was losing the important documents, emails, photos, voicemails and videos of my late husband, who passed away 18 months ago.

Adam took the laptop and within half an hour had unlocked it!!!

I’m AMAZED and so thankful.

This means I’ve got my husband’s memories back!!!

Had a gaming pc built by them runs everything you want to the top end of gaming with all runing at peek graphics settings. all friendly and will give advice if you think to upgrade down the line.

My laptop had a mystifying fault that all normal attempts to clear were unsuccessful. Neil patiently persevered with it long after I had given up all hope and managed to sort the problem. Although he must have spent hours on it he only charged me minimal labour costs. Thanks again Neil!
