I was having problems with my laptop not charging even after buying a new battery. I went to see PC Expert and he checked it. He noticed that my new battery was 14.8v when the original battery was 14.6v. He advised me to get a 14.6v battery. When I asked how much I owed him he said nothing! When I got home I was unable to find a 14.6v battery, as they were all 14.8v. Finally I managed to find one and it came this morning. I'm happy to write that my laptop now charges and even when I disconnect the wire it doesn't turn off! Maybe if I had gone earlier to get it checked out I could have saved myself the time and price of a battery that was not needed! A great help! Thanks again!

I knew for a fact that most so-called 'laptop specialists' would have struggled with my screen replacement considering the way in which this laptop was put together but, the owner tackled the replacement of my laptop screen like an absolute professional, ensuring that not a single scratch was left on any part of the laptop, from the little screws to the surface of the laptop.
