Great service, engineer Michal turned up on time and helped when I had bought the wrong Samsung tv bracket. Cant speak highly enough of him. Clean tidy work Ready for painting now

The two engineers who came to wall mount my new Samsung 50'' TV were very helpful and professional. They went the extra mile by getting the bracket as well for me, as I thought that would come with the TV but it didn't. So they were extremely helpful and went to collect a bracket from me so they could mount the TV the same day. I can't them them enough for that. They even explained everything very nicely, how the new TV works and they tuned all the channels for me. Great service.

I had a phone call to arrange a visit from an installer. I had to change the date which proved to be a simple process. On the day the installer called to let me know his arrival time. The installation was quick and efficient and use of the TV were explained/demonstrated clearly. I was very pleased with all aspects of the service provided.

I was advised of an all day appointment which I had the opportunity to change. The afternoon before I was given an approximate 2hr slot and a named engineer. Being disabled and a pensioner I found this reassuring. Mark and a lady arrived slightly earlier than advised but that was due to another booking being cancelled.
They were both very polite and respected my property removing their shoes as it was a very wet day.
They installed my new Sony and ran through the workings.
Would certainly be happy to use again.

Great service. Quality installation by 2 polite and professional engineers. I wouldnt have liked to do it myself but they made it look easy. Would reccomend.

Appointments easily arranged and notified. Installer had to visit twice as he spotted a crack in TV screen first time. Waited until we had secured a new TV and returned to install soon after second delivery.. He was prompt. efficient and explained all of the controls and settings, with clean and tidy workmanship.

Simon arrived within the time frame given. He was professional, friendly helpful and patiently explained how to work the TV as we are not experienced with technology. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

Mark arrived early for appointment which was great. He set up the TV for me and was very efficient. He was very good at explaining how the TV worked and this was a bonus as being 76 I was not quite so technically minded as younger people. He was friendly and very efficient. Would recommend him.
