A phone call resulted in an appointment for a home visit within 24 hours. Ash arrived at the agreed time & is a delightful gentleman with a good sense of humour (thank goodness). Within, what seemed to me, a ridiculously short space of time he had sorted out my computer, e-mail, printer, I-pad & phone.
