Higham Hall was sold to a newly established Trust In 2007 to be run as an independent learning centre for adults. The property is situated in several acres towards the northern end of the Lake District. Higham reportedly hosts around 3,000 residential and day students annually for a wide variety of courses lasting from half a day to up to a week.

Warm and welcoming. Very Covid prepared. Staff excellent as always as is the food. Don't take any snacks as you won't need them. 30th Jan 2023...This the view of the huge cedar tree from my bedroom window. A cosy room.

Higham is brilliant. They have great courses for adults and the food is very good. Also very Covid safe. The grounds are beautiful to relax in, with wooded areas and wonderful views. There are walks and Bass Lake nearby.

Great place for learning new skills. Very well priced and staff were courteous pleasant and hardworking. Nothing was to much trouble including whatever dietary requirements you had.

Excellent place for meeting s . Catering excellent aswell. Visited on a lovely day views stunning.
