Stayed here as it was near a Winery and brewery tour we visited, first impressions it was great very well presented and great value for money, great facilities with a 9 hole pitch and putt and a bar with pool and 2 golf simulation rooms but unfortunately after returning (19.45) from a meal at a local pub we found the bar area closed and in darkness when checking with reception they said we are not opening the bar tonight. Pretty disappointed as we bought our golf clubs to go into the golf simulators after reading online they had them but was to late to do the nine hole course. This was very disappointing and we decided to play pool for a little abit, while playing pool around 8 to 10 people came into the bar area to be just as disappointed as us we would have had at least 3 to 4 drinks each while there so the bar would have missed out on a few £ that night with the other people showing up. The breakfast the following morning was brilliant very good ingredients plenty to choose from. Only reason it's dropped a star is down to the bar situation.

Hotel was very nice however experience was spoiled by both key's not working on the 2nd night even though we had paid for 2 nights. This is unacceptable and inconvenient as we had to go to reception to get into our rooms after a long day at a wedding in the early hours of the morning.

Cobwebs covered in the whole room so clearly not a lot of cleaning going on. Apart from that its functional and the grounds are nice and the staff are friendly receptionists particularly and the Spanish barman are very helpfull.

We used it as a hotel, with no conference. It was nice and quite as we were in a block by the golf course. Perfect if you only want a place to stay as there is no bar or restaurant available when we stayed. Breakfast was delicious but would be better if all drinks were self service and not just tea and coffee.

Stayed at Lane End Conf centre last night with my husband, baby and toddler for a family wedding nearby. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. Rooms are basic but very clean and the breakfast was great. Would definitely stay again.

Enjoyable time staying here, was part of a large group and it was peaceful and set in lovely surroundings. The room was quite small but has a mini balcony. The TV was great as you could watch YouTube, there was a snooker table too. Some amenities such as the sauna were closed due to Covid. Breakfast was good, coffee machine was ok, staff were nice too. Only thing was the breakfast finished quite early on Sunday and they ran out of food. Good places to eat in the village.

Staff took care of us and checked we were happy during our time. Did have to wait a long time for someone to come to reception in the first place though, having to phone.

Have to crawl on the floor and feed cables up to plug things in (in the meeting room we used) and the window cleaner soaked me with water through the window. The food was perfectly adequate.

Update: I have since returned and stayed overnight, this second visit was overall a very good experience so I've upped my review score!

Really nice location, plenty of onsite parking. Comfortable & well appointed rooms with good facilities - the free toiletries do not include hair conditioner, so you'll need to bring that with you if you use it. The staff are very friendly, efficient & helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Small gym onsite is open with COVID-safe measures in place (sauna & steam room closed). Breakfast was really nice too. Only 5 - 10 minutes' walk into the village with a nice pub & an Italian restaurant, both with very friendly staff, great service & lovely food.
