Master Builder Services

I had just moved to the UK and bought my first home. I needed a builder that could make some changes to make it suitable for us. I was a little nervous because I've heard horror stories about builders in the UK. I feel very lucky to have found Master Builder Services. My kitchen is amazing! They turned my second reception room into a kitchen that is magazine worthy. The cupboard under my stairs is now a main floor toilet and the tiny kitchen that we started with is now a spacious utility room. No photos to share yet . The worktop had to be delayed due to the virus, but they put in temp worktop which suits us just fine for the moment. I will update the review in a few months with pics once the worktops are in place. In the interim, I am enjoying my new kitchen that looks fab, came in on budget and was completed on time!

EDIT: I've hired Master Building Services twice since my original post. Most recently to change my garden from an over grown jungle to a beautiful seaside oasis. It turned out better than I imagined. I haven't even started planting yet, and it's already a stunner.

Rafal and his team recently completed a kitchen extension and downstairs cloakroom for us. What was a tired looking kitchen and a shabby “lean to” conservatory and utility room have been transformed into one large open plan kitchen diner.

All of this completed on time, on budget and great value for money. Master Builder Services are professional and hard working. They turned up on time every day from the beginning to the end of the project and worked tirelessly. They are reliable and trustworthy.

The extension required removing a third of our existing garage, removing and building new walls, fitting a massive steel, laying flooring, plastering, painting and kitchen fitting. The team were experts in completing all of the tasks required to transform the space into something worthy of being in a magazine.

I can’t recommend Rafal and his team highly enough. To say they are courteous, professional and skilled is just the beginning. I’m a designer, but nonetheless taking on a major renovation project on my own, without an architect was daunting. But from the first meeting it was clear Rafal is passionate about quality, has an acute design eye and really cares about his customers. I couldn’t be more delighted with the result.

Rafal and his team transformed our kitchen! We wanted our dream kitchen and had a clear vision of what we wanted. With it being a 200 Yr old building came with problems such as no walls were straight, the flooring once removed revealed issues unforeseen. But Rafal took it all in his stride.
We what respect and like with Rafal is how he thinks outside the box with problems (even making us a cabinet as he is a carpenter as a magnets cabinet wasn’t fit for purpose) and always gives you suggestions whilst remaining mindful of what the customer would like.
He and his team have impeccable time keeping and they leave the place spotless after a days work.
Nothing is too much trouble. He even helped out neighbour who had a freak flood of water pouring through her kitchen ceiling whilst he worked at ours.
If you are looking for a builder who you can trust, has a great work ethic, sticks to his original quote, explains each step of project, project manages well whilst working in a tidy environment and also a perfectionist, the. Master Builder Services is the company for you.

Was requested to repair a damaged interior wall as a result of a water leak. Was very friendly and accommodating in terms of dates/times to do the work. Most importantly though, did a very good job. Would definitely use again!

Rafal and his team were fantastic, working with a real pursuit for long-lasting quality. Always working with honesty and integrity, which was lovely to see in a trade that is often the opposite. MBS were well organised, prepared and have a keen eye for attention to detail and regularly going above and beyond what they had to. I hope to be working with Master Builder Services again and soon.

Very impressed with the service we received from Rafal and his team. We had a fairly significant problem with the floors in our front room and after a bit of exploration they worked out what the problem was. Very clearly explained what work needed doing, and how much it was going to cost. They carried out the work extremely quickly and and to a high standard. They warned me beforehand that the work may cause a lot of dust and dirt but to be honest they did such a good job of cleaning up afterwards it was not a problem at all. I would have no hesitation in recommending Master Builder Services, I will certainly be using them again in the future. Thanks guys!

Needed my kitchen floor on my very old house dropping as i struggled for head room. Rafal from Master Building Services came round, gave me a quote which was exepted. Communication was first rate from start of job until the end. Always turned up when he was supposed to, never let me down. Standard of work was very good and his team work very hard. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get any building work done. 1st rate job and very genuine person
