I first enquired about changing the tiles in my bathroom and handy humans was very responsive vie email and very professional. I then decided I should replace the tiles on my kitchen also. Handy humans was able to take care of it immediately. They have done an excellent job with both the kitchen and bathroom. The staff were very polite and friendly and when they finished they cleaned everything spotless. Thank you handy humans I will definitely be a return customer.

We have used the services of Handy Humans twice, first on a property we rent out to tenants and then on our own house. They are very professional, friendly and provided an excellent service. I would highly recommend.

We needed some work done very quickly due to a collapsed ceiling. Handy Humans were able to do the work (replastering and redecorating) in good time and at a good price. We had the bulk of the work done while we were on holiday and they kept us informed of progress on a daily basis which was appreciated.

A really good service that covers all areas of home management. I had a vinyl floor installed, electrics maintained and a gas service in short time. Everything was done at a reasonable price and completed on time. Thank you.

As a property developer I write with experience, the works Handy Humans carried out was very poor, I would never use them, painting by Stevie Wonder ! Pay peanuts…..

While I can't speak to the quality of handyman services, the process of getting a quote has been very strange. After sending them pictures of issues in the flat for which I was seeking a quote, they said that they can't provide a quote based on the pictures (of a broken faucet, and a faulty light). The only way to get a quote would be to pay the £90 call out charge. When I said I'm not willing to spend £90 just to obtain a quote, they added that the £90 charge could be deducted if I decide to proceed with the quote. No thanks.

This was the first time I used Handy Humans and overall, it was a positive experience. The good news is that the job was done properly and the interaction with Vanessa, who arranged the visits was excellent. The price was reasonable and I have no complaints regarding the attitude of the Handy employees. In terms of potential areas of improvement, it would be useful to get a phone call from the man on site at the first visit to brief me on the situation but generally, I was happy with the service.

I would like to thank handyhumans for everything they’ve done at my property. We’ve been in talks for a few weeks - I had a lot of questions!! But they were so nice the whole time, answered everything promptly and were quick to change the quotation around. They took really good place of my property even though I couldn’t be there everyday to inspect everything. Thank you handyhumans! The guest bedroom and bathroom look absolutely brilliant, I couldn’t be happier!
