After reaching out to a number of building contractors in the area who were too busy to assist, I came across Jon and his team. What I appreciated most about Raynes Park Construction is their honest and upfront approach. Jon was clear from the start that they too were very busy, but that they will try and assist if they are able. They provided a detailed competitive quote, but our timing requirements where just too tight given that we were keen to move in as quickly as possible (we where living somewhere temporarily paying rent and a mortgage!). Despite not being able to do the works, they continued to offer assistance and advice without reservation. I am sure that if I picked up the phone to Jon now, he would not hesitate providing advice/guidance. Next time!

Jon, Charlie and the team delivered on all fronts. Our 5 metre, open plan, rear extension is beautiful and exactly what we dreamed of. The process took 8-10 weeks and both Jon and Charlie were so responsive and dedicated throughout - they treated the house like it was their own. Loft extension with master bedroom and ensuite shower room built Spring/Summer 2022. We picked Raynes Park Construction over other builder as they said they could get the job done as speedily as we were hoping and they did not disappoint. Their team work quickly, sometimes putting in long hours, without any compromise on the finish, which was excellent throughout. Top job RPC!

Raynes Park Construction completed a rear extension at our Wimbledon house in 2021. Jon, Charlie and the team were very professional, worked exceptionally fast and delivered on all levels. We have been impressed with their response times and after care and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. They were at all times honest and clear which made working with them very easy. They were very flexible when providing us with a quote for the work and it was great to work with such a local business. We are very happy with our new kitchen and dining space!

Jon and the team at Raynes Park Construction did an excellent job with my Loft conversion project.
They were extremely efficient, it was hard to believe but the loft construction was up in 2-4 weeks.
They were very clean, shoes were off all the time, cleaned after each session each day.
They also wanted to make sure that everything is delivered to the highest standards and were happy to address concerns or minor issues which might have been missed or misunderstood.
Their prices are also competitive and flexible.

I had a good run dealing with builders and there are always pros and cons but Jon, Charlie and the Raynes Park Construction team are possibly the best ones I've dealt with.

Jon, Charlie and their team built our loft extension during 2022, and we couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. They were incredibly helpful during the planning of the project, kept everything within budget and even helped source some of my wilder ideas such as a giant custom built window.
