I was recommended Max and his team by a friend who has been working with him on projects for several years.
I found TipTop Builders very efficient and professional yet flexible in their approach. As I am sure is often the case, some parts of our refurbishment were more complicated than expected, but Max managed to stick to the original quote and timelines. Having done my first ever major refurbishment, I really appreciated that Max always came to me with solutions, not problems.

I used TipTop builders to completely refurbish our newly purchased house house, plastering and painting throughout plus fitting a new bathroom and wooden floors. Great work, very tidy workers, with stress free project management and all finished to a very high standard, on time and budget.

Two years later (I am a bit late with the recommendation!) all the work that TipTop did is still as it should be. I would recommend their services to anyone and we are looking at using them for the next extension work we do.

Max and his team just completed a house renovation for us for the second time. As ever, they were fantastic from start to finish. I cannot recommend TipTop Builders too highly . We had a leaking en-suite /wet room , which two previous builders had attempted to fix . Max and his team were very methodical in finding the source of the leak which had caused extensive damage . They came up with a solution which has been excellent . At every stage of the work Max consulted with me to discuss how we would like to move forward . We were so pleased with TipTop Builders we are now going to carry out some major remodelling of the house with them . They came highly recommended from our neighbours and we were so glad that TipTop Builders were able to come to our rescue .

Max converted a bedroom into a bathroom, plus renovating another bathroom and adding some under stairs storage. All 3 jobs look superb and the workmanship is clearly very, very good. Everything was discussed and all costs were clearly explained and agreed. They are all very professional and friendly and I will definitely be asking them to quote for our kitchen renovation and installation. I really recommend you consider them for all types of building work.
