My job was a full gutting of a 2-bed apartment, moving structural walls, all new plumbing/electrics, and final finishing/painting. They were a little more expensive than other quotes I got, but I took a chance based on the initial conversations I had with them and they more than delivered on my expectations and the quality of the end product was far beyond what I was expecting.
Gjon, Freddie, Mark and Fernando were always very responsive to any questions I had, and did their very best to help me through a process I had never been through before. They regularly went out of their way to help move the project forward, and never took unnecessary shortcuts or compromised on the quality of the finished product.
If I was doing the same project again I would have no hesitation in using HRL and have already recommended them to several friends.
Plumber and electrician were fantastic.
It was completed within a reasonable timeframe and Gjon was very friendly though out even in times of high stress.
The after service has been great- they are always happy to help out with any niggles or technical questions in our new home.
They definitely provided the best value for money compared to other quotes that I received.
They did a splendid job insuring every detail was looked into.
This was a full refurbishment project and the guys delivered this in record time.
The cost was also at least a quarter less than the other quotes so obviously I was very happy to have my flat refurbished by them.
The team were friendly and very knowledgeable about their profession and very passionate about delivering the best quality of work.
As soon as I am ready to refurbish my next property I will definitely ask them to take on the project.
