Tradesmen for London

I have used this company a few times and found them okay.
I asked them to do Landlords Gas Tests at 3 properties I have in London.
This was booked in August to be carried out in October. The cancelled every appointment made at the last minute. I gave them one final last chance and they cancelled that yet again.I am now out of date with my Gas Testing
I felt I was just being lied to by their representative - Richie Chambers
I will never use them again.

An emergency plumber called this company in the early hours on my behalf when he wasn't confident about clearing a blocked drain and sump. The guy who came was lovely but simply stuck a crowbar down the drain and fished out a few leaves with a pair of rubber gloves. The drain cleared temporarily but blocked again a few days later - it turns out it was a blocked sewage pipe that was flooding into my flat - something he didn't recognise.
I called the company, hoping they could send someone out again but they said they would charge me again. A supervisor spoke to me the following day and said they would get someone to contact me. No-one did, and as I had sewage coming in to my flat and couldn't wait around for this company I had to call Dynarod instead. The situation required an enormous amount of work - not a crowbar and a pair of rubber gloves.
I asked for a refund but when they eventually replied to my emails they refused, saying because I signed the form saying that the drain was initially clear, as far as they were concerned the problem was solved.
Very unhelpful, poor communication and even though the guy who came out was lovely, essentially very poor work. I would certainly not recommend.

Needed urgent electrician, called on the Thursday, chap in the office polite and professional, filled in some forms online but was told the engineer had a death in the family but could be with me the following Tuesday at 1.00. No sign of the engineer on the Tuesday at 1.30 so mailed the office but told the engineer went home sick. I guess there is only 1 engineer and he doesn’t like to work that much! As a result went to which local, found a great guy, he gave me an immediate date, turned up as expected, work done!

Great Response to the leak at my flat! Engineer arrived promptly and was extremely helpful. He also gave me some useful advice about a few other plumbing problems aswell...Highly Recommend!

Tradesmen for London were quick to respond to my boiler issue. I would definetely use them again and recommend them!

Used us as subcontractors on twenty different Halfords sites, they received full payments from clients but never paid us!!!! They owe us nearly 30k but will never pay back because Ian Elsworthy's plan was to rob as many subcontractors as he could and then go to voluntary liquidation!

Useless company!
Carried out work for them & have not been paid in months, several emails & calls later. Nothing. They received full payment t from the customer the day work was completed! Having to go through court over this!
