Marian and team were quick to respond when first contacted, transparent in their costing, flexible in their approach and dealings with us when plans changed, very polite when in our house, cleaned up after themselves everyday and ultimately did a very satisfactory job.

Marian & his team are very hard workers & are really trustworthy. Our previous builder pulled out at short notice so it’s a big relief having a team of guys who really know what they’re doing. They give us confidence in their work by answering questions & explaining processes. The team worked long days & Saturdays too where they needed to get things completed on time. Where plans have had to be adapted due to unforeseen issues they’ve worked closely with us, the architect, structural engineer & building control to ensure there’s a successful solution. We definitely recommend them. The work they did covered a new build extension with huge steels, knocking through internal and external walls, loads of significant internal alternations, kitchen install, internal and external tiling, decorations.

Marian and team did a great job of fully refurbishing a 2 bedroom Victorian terraced house. Marian and his team undertook a 7 week project at our house in Teddington in the late summer early autumn. It included a new roof, room refurbishment and chimney restoration. The quotation was competitive, problems were dealt with intelligently and the team worked long hours to get the job finished on time. As a designer myself and a stickler for detail I should also note that the level of craftsmanship displayed in the leadwork is excellent, revealing a rare level of skill and pleasure taken in the trade. Marian and his team recently completed a large rear extension in our family home in Teddington. The project included a new kitchen/family room, utility room and cloakroom as well as a new patio area at the back and side of our property.

Everyone that came on site was professional and friendly and worked very hard to make sure our day to day life continued as smoothly as it possibly could (we decided to stay in the house with our 4 children for the duration of the works which could easily have been challenging but really wasn't thanks to the everyone's hard work).

Marian is very easy to work and communicate with and nothing is ever a hassle. If there was ever a problem, a solution would be agreed and the problem dealt with swiftly and professionally. All the works carried out have been to an exceptional standard and we are extremely happy with the end result!

Marian and his team have now done several jobs for me - from carpenter jobs such as built-in wardrobe to completely building a Victorian front garden (new concrete base, tiles, fence, hedge etc). All of them excellent results. Several good things to say about him and his team; (1) keep promises. Marian and his team are highly qualified builders who carried out a couple of jobs for me to the highest standards. They carried out the jobs in good time and were friendly and professional too. Marian built me a feature wall in my extension which has really given the room a ‘wow factor.’ He also got rid of my existing artex ceiling which made the room look very dated and in place we now have a lovely smooth ceiling. Additionally, Marian and his team re painted the whole room in a classic white colour which really gave it the perfect finishing touch! I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have home improvements done and will definitely be using them again in the future for more jobs! Many thanks!
