We were worried about Dale Maintenance at first after reading reviews but the job was done excellently and to the timescale that we spoke about at the start of the works. The two gentlemen we worked with directly were very professional and helpful throughout the works being done.

I have had repairs carried out by this company following an insurance claim, could not praise them enough. The work was carried out to a high standard and the workmen were always on time an polite.

We had this firm allocated to our property for repairs in 2018, defects were later discovered and they came back to look. They totally bodged the kitchen units which left a gap in between the doors . They just moved the washing machine over to even the central gap, which opened up again after the first use of the washing machine. The shower developed black mould and the sealant on the worktop was missing. I was called to say that the operative would be coming back to do the worktop, but he insisted that the shower had been dealt with on his 1st visit ... which it wasn't. I rang his boss who said that they would not be coming back as he believed his worker not me! I have had a quote for the kitchen units and forwarded it, but they just just ignored the issue. I would never use this tin pot company nor would I ever recommend them!

Dale's have been working on a property on Milborough road next door to me. They are unprifessiinal, shoddy workmen. The road is filthy as they don't clear up. This morning, I had a nail in my tyre and as a carer this means I will be late for all my vulnerable clients

Insurance job at my Nans property in Ely Cardiff........absolutely shocking workmanship...stay away from this company.....took an absolute age & stevie wonder could have done better work.

I've had a few jobs done by this company. All workmanship was completed on time and to a high standard. Will definitely use them again

Just had the misfortune of nearly had accident by one of your vans in Cheltenham around 2.45 tried to get me to run in the back of him by putting brakes on then tried to run me off road in a bus lane which I am entitled to use then starts shouting and swearing out the window classy company

Very happy with the service I have received from Dale. Punctual, polite and nothing was ever too much trouble.
