We had a swift response to our enquiry from Kev, who was highly accommodating in arranging a date for our boiler service (thank you for managing to fit us in before Christmas!). Considering we are in a new build property we expected (hoped) it would be a relatively straight forward procedure. The service was completed efficiently and was explained thoroughly. Kev highlighted a number of issues and corners that had been cut by the house builder, he was even able to rectify some during his visit.

We were very happy with the service provided and the price we paid. We would definitely recommend Kev.

I called Kevin to come and service our boiler. We agreed a date and time. He arrived punctually. He was very knowledgeable and very professional! We’ve been thinking of having a radiator moved and we were impressed with his work so we asked him to do the job for us. Cannot rate him high enough and would certainly recommend him to anyone.

Recently had a new gas boiler installed by kev Parker it wasn’t a straight forward project for him as old system was ancient however the whole procedure went surprisingly smoothly with very little mess and we’re really happy with the outcome. Ive never actually been a paying customer, this gentleman talked himself out a job! Rang up with an issue on my heating.
He explained he's very very busy with several weeks wait so instead talked me through how to get it working myself.

What this demonstrates is honesty and integrity in his craft.

Excellent service, personable and knowledgeable. Kev conducted a gas safety check for me. He was very careful in my home and explained everything as he went along and charges were clearly detailed beforehand. I would highly recommend.

Had our old boiler serviced. Really thorough, showed us everything and took us through any issues found. Arranged for someone to come out and fix an issue with the emergency cut-off. Sorted within the hour. Answered all my many questions on possibly upgrading our heating at some point. Really helpful and friendly. Will absolutely be going to him again for future services and work.
