A truly professional, reliable, trustworthy and honestly priced Builder. I had an almost full home renovation carried out. including the removal of load bearing walls and installation of steel beams. The team without hesitation conducted the job to the highest standard and in line with building control requirements. The work was carried out continuously with no breaks (someone was always here everyday). I am very pleased and will fully recommend these guys for any sort of work including electrical and plumbing needs. I am already planning further extension works and will be calling on them again!

Hubert has done a variety of building jobs for me since 2007, the most recent being last week. The projects have ranged from one room jobs to refurbishing a whole flat. The skills covered are general building works, electrics, carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, bathroom and kitchen installations. I have found him and his workers very easy to deal with and the work to be of a high standard. He is positive to suggestions and very good at explaining options available and finding alternative solutions to unforeseen problems. He's easy to contact throughout a project and manages the difficult stage of snagging by keeping focused. I highly recommend him.

I will truly recommend the company. I used it few times now and always received very high standard of service. They are on time (if slightly delay, they will inform you by call or text), the work is done in great detail and they never left the mess behind them but always make sure is clean and tidy after the job has been completed. They also accompanied with good sense of humour, which is an additional bonus. Please do not hesitate to use the Professional Polish Builders as you wont be disappointed.

Unfortunately the builders left the project after completing around 90% of the first stage of the work and having caused thousands of pounds worth of damage to a carpet. I chased repeatedly but was told the builders assigned to the project had gone AWOL. I was told there were no builders near my home to finish the project, having spent more than the original budget. There has been no offer to repair the carpet which now has to be replaced. This implies they are not insured.

I was left with unfinished wardrobes so nowhere to put our clothes, damaged doors from where handles were put on with little care on the last day they showed up. Insult to injury was all the builders rubbish left in three piles around our house, which cost a lot of money to have taken away. I am now on a waiting list for another building company to finish the first stage of the project and start the second. Very disappointing end to what was a very positive relationship. I have left my original review for fairness.

Hubert and his team have done three renovation projects for me. The team turn up early every day and provide an exceptional, high quality service. The work is always immaculate - important if you're using expensive paints and wallpaper.
If there are any issues at all, they are very quick to communicate and straight forward to deal with.
I can't recommend them enough. They're both easy to work with and provide a high quality service. I have used a lot of builders in the past and it can be difficult to find tradespeople who are both communicative and focussed on producing a slick finish.

I used Hubert and his team to help us build a side and rear extension at our home. The whole team did a fantastic job for us in what were challenging circumstances. At the time of the job being carried out this was our first attempt at upgrading a property so literally we were learning as we went along, we entered the pandemic and were in lockdown, my wife was pregnant throughout the process and our 4 year old daughter was home all the time because her schooled was closed. From start to finish Hubert and his team were kind and considerate of the circumstances described and did what they could do accommodate and be respectful of our needs throughout this time and for this I will always be grateful.

The work itself was carried out to a high standard and we are very happy about how the vision illustrated by ourselves and our architect was realised by Hubert and his team. Among the work done in the time was demolition of the existing garage, build of the extension structure including installation of several structural beams, plumbing including boiler and underfloor heating installation, kitchen installation, full electrical rewire throughout, water inlet pipe replacement, flat roof install, decorating the old section of the house and finally patio installation in the back garden. So you name it we pretty much got it done in this job by Hubert and his team.

Of course the job was not without its issues as should be expected when doing such extensive work to a 1930's house that had never before been through a period of major upgrade. Hubert got us in touch with his architect where we needed assistance or to speak to someone and bounce ideas off them, and also helped when our structural engineer went AWOL when we needed updates based on findings once the house had been opened up. I have to commend Hubert on his patience and efforts to collaborate with a novice and explain things as clearly as possible to help us make informed decisions and recommendations based on his experiences but ultimately the final decision lay with us and he would always leave that to us even if our final decision made things more difficult for him and his team. I also have to commend the fact that if there were mistakes made and pointed out to them then the team would be right on the case and correct.

When finished Hubert and his team returned to clear all their rubbish when I had instructed them it was ok for them to come and do so.
I am still in dialogue with Hubert now when I need guidance correcting my DIY mistakes and just about general life!

I would certainly recommend them and had been happy to do so while they were still here working and subsequently picked up a couple jobs in the area from people walking by our site and seeing their work as well as continuing to recommend them now and speaking to some prospective clients who are considering using the company.

A massive challenge for us personally but have to give thanks and maximum respect to Hubert and his team for making our vision and dreams a reality.

I had some building work done before and I am aware how hard it is to find competent and reliable building company with wide range of services.
Before making my choice I searched through The Federation of Master Builders website in order to be able to find qualified company.

I feel that I couldn't make any better choice in finding the team for my loft conversion, so as my bathroom and kitchen renovation.

They've worked Monday-Saturday from early morning to 5pm to be able to finish the project in the shortest possible time.
The team is friendly and skillful always very helpful.
Any unexpected problems or unforeseen obstacles are promptly dealt with by Hubert who always offers advice and help in the highest standard and manners.
The quality of work and the final results is extremely satisfied and I highly recommend Professional Polish Builders.

Hubert and his team completed extensive renovations to our house; the project started as something relatively straightforward but became more complex as we stripped out and unearthed problems we weren’t expecting. This all happened during challenging covid conditions that included logistical nightmares, extended lead times, increasing material costs….etc etc. Hubert stayed with us throughout, despite the brief changing significantly, and delivered a quality job. Answers to all questions are ‘no problem’ and communication is easy. He has been very attentive with snagging, and we are reassured that if we have an issue it is resolved quickly. Hubert’s team are professional and courteous. We love our house and We would use Hubert for the next job………..

I first used Hubert’s services back in 2003 when he completely refurbished a 5 bedroom HMO property in New Cross. The quality of the work was impeccable and he kept to budget and agreed timelines. Since then he has gone on to complete 2 further similar projects and 5 years ago I entrusted Hubert to extend and renovate my own personal house. As always, the extension was built on time and budget and without any undue hassles. The finishing of his work especially in key areas like kitchen and bathrooms is excellent. I still know Hubert to this day and he is always available to help me with maintenance issues on my properties. A very accomplished builder and friend built on trust and honesty.
