TRENT'S DRAINS

Needed a problem sorted quickly as we had guests arriving. Trent's came out and sorted it on the same day we called them! Excellent service, very reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again if needed. Thank you to Jozef for the customer service and to the engineer that came out.

Excellent service from Trent's Drains - appointment booked straightaway and engineer Matt turned up within 3 hours. Very professional and informative - blocked drain cleared within 15 minutes and system now in perfect working order - I am relieved! Would certainly recommend.

I'd just given up on a drains company working with my insurers and was in a bit of a pickle. Trents came onto the job and solved a problem that had been sitting for weeks and weeks. They were responsive, with excellent communication both by the trades and in the office. When they'd overestimated how much the work would cost, they actually gave me a lower price on the invoice - honesty that is rare these days. Clean work, respectful staff that actually listen to a female client and everyone on staff really know their jobs. Wish they did general building!

Trents were recommended by my plumber. They came out the day before Xmas Eve and quickly fixed our drain blockage, at a very good price. Later, they fitted an inspection chamber for us, at a good price and on time. A pleasure to deal with.

The member of staff who answered my call was professional and very helpful.
I was very surprised how quickly the engineer Lewis arrived, he to was very helpful and kept us informed what he was doing on the job.
Unlike other companies that charge the earth for their services they were very reasonable with their charges.
Its good to know we have a company we can rely on for the future.
