Fantastic service from this company on Sunday. The owner made sure I had help asap. The young man who came to do the work on the blocked drain was superb. Found out the problem, fixed it , helped me clear up all the mess and gave me advice.
I would recommend this company to anyone.

I called these guys after seeing them recommended on a local neighbourhood app.
Really really professional and polite engineers. They used a camera to establish the problem and used it a few times until the pipe was fully cleared. They showed me the before, during and after and in my opinion pound for pound they offered the best value service.

Just used service for my dad. He was well impressed with the job completed. I was kept informed of arrival time and updated on diagnosis and given accurate cost of repairs. Thorough job completed including refitting pipes and connections previously removed to access waist trap.

Had to call them on a Sunday bank holiday over Christmas. They were very efficient and booked a visit the next morning. a gentleman called me at 8:30 the next morning to say he was on his way despite heavy snowfall overnight. He arrived and inspected the drain with a camera, quickly found the problem and gave me a quote for the job. It was very reasonable! He had the job done in no time. I was really pleased with the service and would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

Problem fixed so 2 stars for that, however turned up late without water and proceeded to fill the large tank in the van from my supply, this should have been done back at base. The van dripped oil in on my drive for which I have recieved no appology. Now several weeks on and I still havnt recieved an invoice dispite numberous emails to which they are unresponsive.

Drivers sit up your a** for 5 miles then and when you stop to let someone out of their driveway they overtake you in a busy 30mph zone near a school slam their brakes on in front of you.. hop out and start kicking off. REG HK18YOX. 18/1/2022. Don't want no angry plumbers dread to think what temper they get in when something goes wrong on your house probably smash your house up.

I had a leak in my garden from my outside water mains stop tap, they came out and fixed it promptly, top quality service thank you for your help
