Shocking! Contacted them 4 times in a month Took full payment not monthly.got that refunded.Did it again days later.Denied that payment was due were only going to take monthly payments even though,they had taken full year again. Told it would take a week for refund Unable to pay mortgage and utilities because of them.2 weeks later no refund.contacted again. They replied with another persons details and,denied taking my money.Absolutely useless avoid like,the plague.

Stay away from this company. Take money from your account when it's not authorised. Ignore your calls and if you do get a call back they make you a promise of the money will be back in your account in 10 working days and still don't put the money back in. I am personally now taking this further as they have repeatedly ignored me. Stay away from this company

Total Scam, have been taking money from my mothers bank account without approval. have tried to set up numerous direct debits when stopped.
