Bought a property that has a wood boring insect problem. Enquiries reveal Protectahome dealt with it in 2007 with a 20 year guarantee given. Firstly demanded £462 to visit before claiming that only 1% of revisits are valid claims, then refused to help as we hadn’t changed house owner details within 3 months. Rude emails and terrible customer service.
