13/0718 .Business text me with estimate time of arrival and arrived exactly when they said they would. Quickly found the issue and solved the problem straight away. I had Simon from Sigma recommended to me , I'd never used them before and I would fully recommend to anybody . Fantastic reliable and polite service.

Simon was extremely helpful when my 101 year old grandmother needed help with her leaking cistern.
His communication and speed In which he carried out the repair was super fast!
I would definitely use his services again and very highly recommend him.

Phoned in with boiler breakdown problem around at 9.30am in the morning. Simon managed to get to us at around 3pm on his way back from another job. Quickly diagnosed problem and changed part to get the boiler working again with minimum of fuss. I would have no hesitation in recommending Simon

Excellent service. It was a relatively simple job that needed doing but it was late on a friday night and i was in a real jam with leaking pipework beneath my kitchen sink and the added pressure of having to turn off neighbours water supply to stop it. Came out, got things secure and didn't take advantage of the situation to charge an extortionate amount.
Great plumber. Very thankful he came out to rescue me from a dire situation. Highly recommend.

found him! I found Sigma/Simon through Google.. Reviews looked good so thought I'd give him a try but not get my hopes up too much as the famous "Pembrokeshire Promise" is often the case (where they say something will get done, but it won't) Not this time though! I phoned up in the eve + explained i had no heating or hot water/my boiler had packed in. Simon came when he said he would, which was a good start + filled me with confidence. He was very nice, easy to talk to + got straight into the job; spotted the problem within minutes - pump had died.. As it happened, he had the exact one I needed in the van, so drained the boiler, replaced the pump and it fired up! He took the time to explain why it happened, in a way I could understand. Sigma will definitely be my first choice for any plumbing + heating probs in future + I'm about to book my annual service with them now! Simon's a nice, trustworthy, honest, hard working guy that takes pride in his work + clearly knows his trade very well. Thanks Simon for a job well done! See you soon for the annual service!
