Lazy and slow customer service .when big que there
2 staff was smoking out side the door one lady serving in till she is so so slow no very polite

Staff come across as extremely rude, no customer service what so ever. Never even say hello on the tills, act as if they don't even want to be there. Everything is over priced. Only go in if you're desperate.

I shops here for bits and pieces most days, staff are always pleasant and keep the queues short. Doing amazing job during COVID crisis keep it up 👍

Has what you need, but self checkouts would be very helpful, its annoying waiting in a very long queue with only 1 worker working at the till and the rest of the staff aren't coming over to help when they can see there's a long queue. Get self checkouts please.

Lovely and helpful staff. I went in looking for a charger as my phone is about to die.
The staff did a great job in helping me funding the right charger.

Overall a good store prices could be more competitive at times I mean 5 pound for a frozen pizza is a bit steep. Most of the staff are really nice and friendly though there are certain members who are quite rude. I mean I have had the same staff member cut in front of me in the que twice. I mean I get you work there but that don't give you permission to be rude or does it give you a right to be served first. If you are wearing the company uniform you should represent the company while on premises regardless of when your shift starts or ends. I will say this is just one member of staff the others are really nice and happy to help.

Great shop. I went in my PJs late in the evening and loaded up on 3 types of sweets and 5 types of multipack crisps. Noone batted an eyelid. Top service.
