Good range of items with good reductions on sell-by date stuff, even though prices generally expensive, as you'd expect from a convenience store. Staff always helpful and friendly.

Arguably the greatest convenience store on earth. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I visit daily to pick up milk bread etc, essentials if you will, and the smiles and laughter of my brief one stop shop, set me up for the day. Bravo one stop, bravo.

Great, friendly staff. Easy service and genuine employees. Just have to be weary of other customers who feel they don't need to follow social distancing rules and the staff don't intervene which is understandable with how some people respond to them.... Still definitely recommend the polite and helpful staff

Had to say a massive well done to kim and zoe working today ..on their busy delivery day ..they took time to make every customer feel important... listening to their stories and making sure their regular customers especially the elderly get the essentials they so desperately need ... the atmosphere was cheery and upbeat you made my day ... and many others too x x

I visit the Lincoln High Street One Stop regularly and the staff are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Never had a problem. I'll be moving from the area soon and will miss this little shop!
