As before it is the Asian staff who continue to bring the scores down on customer service. After the appalling in extreme Covid-19 measures when none of the Asian staff wanted to even wear a mask despite required by law and telling customers to remove them too.

Having frequented the store for 25 years or so, all the English staff have always been so pleasant. They always helpful, smile, have a laugh and a joke, and brilliant customer service.

In contrast, the Asian staff continue to show themselves as being up to no good behind our backs, followed by fishing for information and then start being shameless on face. A form of harassment stemming from what exists in their homes and part of how they like to live. In contrast, they don't pro-actively tell us too as Customers rather about their broken marriage, not wanting to get married, or able to get wife pregnant. The 3 could never focus on them and their issues. Or we can't throw such things at them but we would not do that because we would not want to drop to their level.

I deliberately try to go into the mornings, 2 or 3 a times a week so that I get served by the lovely English staff.

Previously there was a sign saying staff would not tolerate abuse. There should have been one to warn us about the awful character traits of the Asian staff.

I gather someone previously complained about them, so tried to give me their Customer Service card, said to go online and submit a positive customer experience.

Most staff are friendly, however one young women with a hijab happens to show a lot of attitude for no apparent reason, extremely rude and very unprofessional.

What on earth? Shop seemed like it was closing. Fridge and Freezer were empty with hardly any products available. Very poor for 2:30 pm. Had to leave empty-handed and visit another store instead.
