Rude staff, unhelpful since new ownership. Shame as was a lovely post office with helpful staff previous.

Lovely lady serves me generally through the week. Ideal postal service. Refrain from going lunchtime hours as it gets busy then.

Advertised friday closure 1030 arrived at 955 and was closed.. Piss poor and happens to often

Been a while to leave this review but here it is! I haven’t been here since the rude unhelpful woman refused to take my parcels because it was snowing! I had 4 urgent special delivery’s to post and she told me that if i wanted them posting id have to wait behind any customers who entered the shop after me because she didn’t have time! She then told me it was tough and if I didn’t like it I could comeback later and she might have time. I had to walk to Rawtenstall in the snow (buses weren’t running) and use the excellent postoffice there. I post a lot of parcels and was a regular in there everyday! I live very close to crawshawbooth postoffice but now I have to drive past it and go into Rawtenstall. It wasn’t like this when the proper sub post office was there with Phil and his friendly staff who always went out of their way! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

Rude staff especially new guy who has recently started! Who runs this place?

Zero Covid-19 precautions in here, tiny shop is
overcrowded, no sign of any hand sanitiser, one way system, social distancing or screens, no restrictions on number of people in shop. Won't be going in again.

Can't believe I've just paid 9.50 for barefoot merlot, no prices on any of the wine.

Brown is rude with attitude. Maybe he should work in a hairdressers where he can have a proper perm.
