I have been in here twice now and both times i have been served by someone who's had to help by jumping on a till.. very ignorant both of them.. smile for gods sake and a please and thank you too!

Use this place quite often but one member of staff...only one let's it down, the manager guy, tall thin gentleman who whenever I've been in struggles to smile, slams his stocking up trolley about, barges past you ....not a please or thankyou or a smile passes his face, unfortunate really as such a good shop

Part of the reason this wretched virus still has its grip on us is the attitude of stores like this one. They do not follow the rules which are of course the law in respect of masks amongst customers or staff. It is appalling that a major retailer has such a cavalier attitude towards its customers. As long as the money is going through the tills they couldn't care less. They won't be seeing any more of my money. I'll shop somewhere else that take the law seriously.
