Got my package delivered here via Royal Mail, went to collect upon receiving a confirmation that it was ready to be collected. The man was very confused when I asked if my parcel was there and claimed they had not received it, when it was signed for at 9.21 the same morning. Really disappointed with the service, will be taking this further!!!

I always judge a place the of how clean the toilets are, called here twice on the way to blackburn royal it has a greggs and a subway so essential to wash your hands no water in gents as there is a missing tap (5 days ago same thing) the urinals we're filthy and smelling of stale urine,I have being that this is is the EG groups flageship site as it where their head office is perhaps if someone would take a look at the state of these toilets.

Always problem with incorrect food prices shown on the label . Staff is ignorant (nights)

The gas station charged me twice at ease, but when I asked for a refund, they keep denying and refuses a refund.
People please be careful of using your card to pay for petrol.

What appalling service I have received this is the second time with the same issue which in the last month I have had to put a complaint in about the staff refusing to serve me to send a parcel which does say they do on this service on their web site all be cause I’m a white female they are the most racist set of staff I have ever come across avoid at all cost..plus the prices are way over the top from different spars within there area..

I go to this garage every single day for my dinner. Furious today as like every day last week. There are so many customers not wearing face masks. There is nobody asking the question as people walk inside the store. Nobody challenges them. Considering the amount of staff and the higher rate of infection in this area you would hope this was monitored better.

Went to this service station for 50g of amber leaf tobacco and a packet of tips it was 30pound 64p shocking never payed that for amber leaf in my life 😡
