Not correctly seasoned logs have tested them and they are over 20% moisture content and found three packets of mouldy strawberry’s communication can also be quite poor. This is basic stuff really, other things are good about it but needs improvement.

I don’t know where we’d be without this wonderful, community-minded shop. Nothing is too much trouble and on several visits I’ve been treated to something almost like a ‘personal shopper’.
The Heath Stores stocks an incredible range of the sort of food we enjoy ie. low/no plastic packaging, fair trade, vegan and wholefoods and all at reasonable prices. There are also all sorts of niche products, especially at Christmas, and all this with a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you Team Heath Stores!

Heath Stores is an utter gem of our community. Not only are the staff extremely helpful, the local and regional products are delicious. I'd highly recommend their homemade pork pies! The owners are extremely kind and helpful in so many ways. They run all sorts of events throughout the year to support the local community.

What a fantastic shop and such an asset to the village! And to keep going throughout the pandemic, well done all of you. And a very good Covid policy too - don't be bullied by the anti-maskers, you are doing a great job at keeping your customers and staff as safe as possible.

Excellent in all respects. Ignore those who write bad reviews, those who pretend they are mask exempt and those who are exempt but do not simply ask a neighbour to enter the shop for them . Mask exempt shoppers should realise that the majority of customers would be fearful of a non mask wearer and those exempt are foolish not to realise this and selfish to not follow the health guidelines. If you have no friend or neighbour to shop for you then pin your exempt letter to your clothes and ring the shop to place an order..

We have fully appreciated the care to customers and staff during the Covid crisis. Kate and Andy have gone out of their way to support the elderly and vulnerable in our village. As a village shop it has everything you need in an environmentally way. We thank them for their kindness.

Absolutely shameful! I'm genuinely disgusted. As a health store, you do realise that there are so many alternatives when it comes to one's 'health'. Yet outside your doors you promote discrimination which you should be ashamed of. Not only is it unethical, it is illegal and discriminatory. You may cross the wrong person who will take action. Seems as though you support a tyrannical fascist state and not people's health!
Won't be visiting you, ever!!!

Throughout the pandemic, Heath Stores have provided us with an excellent service in supplying and delivering groceries. The quality of their fresh vegetables in particular is to be commended, given these trying times.
