I'd give no stars if possible. Incredibly rude and inept at postal service. The lady couldn't find the 'economy' price for my parcel. I told her I just looked online and it was about £13. She insisted it was £20+ but that was for airmail. Her attitude was if irritation and anger.Itold her politely that I'd appreciate she wasn't so rude in the future and I'm a local customer. They told me to take my parcel and leave. Unbelievable. I will never enter their store again.

AWFUL. STAY AWAY.always rats running in and out of shop, staff incredibly rude when i told them, swore at me etc... place should be shut down!
