My mum went into their shop on Middle Park Way and bought 2 four pints of milk and the person who had served her had dropped them in the basket and split the cartons open at the bottom. My mum is very appalled at this shop and will not be going there to buy milk again. VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER.

Whenever I or one of my family have been in the store, have always found the staff polite and nice, and will look to see if they have stuff out the back, if they aren't too busy with deliveries or customers. I like the shop and the staff, and never had a problem in the 4yrs I have lived here.

I normally shop here when doing a deliveroo order but the last 5 times I have ordered either something is not available or items are just missing from my order, it very frustrating especially when it's essential items

Very rude male staff. One bloke looks like he is there as a punishment .. not helpful at all.
