Staff are always polite and helpful here, good pit stop spot before a long journey.

Always like to buy snacks for my kids when we passing .Lovely people and great customer service. After today's unexpected situation with my child in the shop I want to thank all today's staff .they were very helpful and done everything for 100% .Thank you again .

SUPER service tonight at the Botley Rd branch. Half past midnight, just finished a busy shift with the Southampton ambulance service, needed milk and bread. Such lovely boys, extremely helpful. BRILLIANT. X

Nice little Co-Op shop. Has a Costa Coffee Express machine along with usual essential items. Usually tidy and well stocked. Friendly staff. Can be a pain to drive out of if your wanted to head back to Hedge End way though.

Perfect for me this garage 👍 I leave Hedge end for work @420am this is where I get my fuel .

Five ***** for my experience tonight, walked the dog from home I forgot his muzzle and just dont regard him safe to tie up without outside a shop, an elderly dog. Asked the young guy working to get my order with cash given , excellent helpful. I will do anything not to ask for help I’m wired that way - but they pass the test, what’s more, as a local I know that, the staff here pass 99.9% of the time for great service and a smile - well done chaps and chaps’esss ;) keep the pride.

Friendly staff and a good choice of products. Shame most of the customers think they don't need to wear a mask.
