I've not particularly great interactions with the staff here (often come across a bit rude/unhelpful) as others have experienced but also they have a habit of closing for a few hours to restock the shelves at peak times. I appreciate that it's a small store and it's during a pandemic/difficult times but I've come at peak times several times to find the store closed

Same experience as Tony H.below. They act as if they are giving me a favour, very rude staff (not all but most). I changed the shop and don’t go to coop anymore. I would advise to implement some customer service training...

Yet again co-op is closed! Becoming a regular occurrence even though it states it shuts at 10pm. This shop is becoming a bit of a joke…..

Not sure why all the negative comments! We are fortunate to have this facility in Colden Common and the staff work very hard. They have kept open when we have had heavy snow as they did during the pandemic so that locals can still get their shopping. Well done everyone! You are an asset to Colden Common.
