Portswood Mini-mart

Don’t bother to use as a parcel drop off. Left 3 parcels there on Friday 18th, heard nothing from DHL, went there Monday 21st and they were still behind the counter. This was in December by the way and those parcels were Christmas presents! Utterly incompetent! Steer clear!

Very rude Asian man at the till, tries over charging you so be careful!
No social distancing in the shop and face masks are composary in all shops and don’t even make there customers wear them so they have been reported!

Fantastic service, it is now my favourite, polite. cheap not over priced like many shops.

All the staff are so rude!! No prices on anything. Please don't even bother trying to dropping off a yodel parcel there. I have been told the Internet is not working, they have run out of labels and the box is full so they can't expect anymore parcels. A dreadful place!!!

Absolutely horrible place. Falls advertising. Overpriced and No notification, but apparently "Cash only!! No internet!!". 5 days in the row? For the same reason you would not be able to use apple pay. Yodel parcels also not accepted. Struggling to think of a reason for this place to exist 🤔. You can get same produce from the Sainsbury's (300 yards away) for half the price. AVOID.

Tried to return a parcel using Collect+ here. They say you can print in store but their printer was broken. I couldn't then print it off myself so had to drive ages to another Collect+ store instead.
