The Co-operative Food

Never again. Possibly the worst and slowest customer service I have ever experienced. Four members of staff stacking shelves and one on the till with a shop full of customers queing up. I spent well over ten minutes waiting to be served, for milk and bread.

Every Co-operative seems to be the same, extremely slow!

The staff has always very pleasant to me when being served. I'm new to the area and I'm so glad we've found a good local shop near by! Thanks Coop team 😊

Delightful shop & staffs.
The bargain Coffee and Cakes.
Always well stock and shelves are neat.
Youthful spirit.
Always open.
And feels safe.

Post office service is brilliant plus point.
So grateful for this convenience store.

Good luck using the post office, website says open when the coop is open. This is a lie, you've got a 50/50 chance of the post office actually being open. Constantly closed for maintenance. Unbelievable considering this is the only reason to visit, all of the prices are inflated to twice the price of any other shop.

They increased the price of my skittles... NOT HAPPY! 🙄

Nice store, could do with 6-8 packs of cokes instead of just 4 packs but big issue with customer service " steve" if a customer asks you something it would be nice if you would acknowledge them and not ignore them and wait a few minutes to reply as if you will reply when you are ready and not before. I dont know if this gentleman has an issue but several times I had been served by him this has happend and it comes across as extremely rude!! and I end up leaving really annoyed by his behaviour. I have spoken to others in the area who have had the same experience from him.. Not acceptable and he needs to be spoken too.

There seems to be an ongoing problem with staffing here. There is always a queue not helped by the fact two self service check outs have been installed. Someone from the back room always has to be called out to help.
