Asked for a bag, the bag was left on top of my 5 items of shopping. I asked if its policy that they don’t bag up items and was informed that they don’t do that there. It’s strange as having worked in retail for around 15 years I have never heard if this phenomenon. I was the only person with no queue behind me. He then said “you can do it” and that he only does it for disabled customers. Every supermarket nearby just packs your bag…quite embarrassingly terrible service.

Sharing my experience which was similar to someone who wrote a review 2 months ago, seems this store has issues with bagging items. My bag was also thrown on top of about 5 items, nothing large nothing heavy and i asked very nicely for the gentleman to pack the bag, he refused, i asked why, he said why "do you have a disability? " To which i was shocked, asking me if I have a disability? Who does he think he is? I then asked what his name was in which he refused to give to me as was no name tag. Unfortunately I was left with no option but to take a photo of his face. What a shame, he could have just packed the items but instead let his attitude get the better of him and cause this issue. I will never be stepping foot in the store again.

A very rude manager. I came to pick up the parcel . I was sent to the back door. I knocked the door and she opened with an unpleasant face, reminding me not to knock. She didn't feel like giving me this package, I waited and waited. She gave me this package at last and told me I had no manners. Such a person should never be in this position!!!

Helpful cheerful staff and some great bargains and quality products.
