Went into this shop to get some electric this evening and the link cash machine in the shop has decided to reject my card but take the funds from my account the shop keeper as per usual is blaming the bank and the bank is blaming the shop so where does that leeve the customer? Another prime example of ripp off Britain!!! Not the first time i had problem with this shop want my advise stay well clear. Further to this after speaking with my bank about this is will take 12 days for them to do an investigation and the sales assistant clearly finds this amusing as he was laughing when the event happend and in the owners reply you can see he has put a wink sign don't get it though if it happend to them and the shoe was in the other foot im sure neither of them would not be laughing. Also that evening the sales assistant pointed out to me that there was a cashpoint in the shop as I orginally wanted to pay by card and that's the only reason i used the link cash machine in the first place however safe to say i won't be shopping there again never mind using their dodgy cash machine and if i needed your help which I dont I would have already called you and here's your wink back ; and if you provided good customer service and did your job properly you would not get bad reviews like this also your apology is fruitless and means nothing just a word if you were really sorry you would have refunded me the money yourself.
