This based on my witness of a friend's appalling customer service. Ordered a car,paid depost,told ready collect. Drove 40 mins to pick up,car not ready. Told it would be delivered following day. It wasn't. And one week later it still hasn't been divered! Excuse after lame excuse. Don't touch with a bargepole.
