Overly cluttered and managed by those who have no idea of retail. Products are expensive and the whole shop needs reorganisation and redecorating.

Good for school kids buying fizzy drinks, cigarettes, panini stickers and the odd pensioner buying the Sun newspaper.

Such friendly and helpful staff. I love going in there

Having recently moved to the area, this shop has become my "go to" place almost daily. The staff are lovely, very friendly and I always leave with a smile.

This young girl in there She is a very bad person, very bad attitude, the worst costumer service I ever had. I ask her where I can find an envelope.... then she started to be aggressive and yelling at me for no reason...

Don’t get your Asos parcel delivered here. Joke

If you say on the door that the post office is open when the shop is open, you should really mean that.
I was unable to pick up a parcel because the main post office was closed yet the shop itself was open. You shouldn’t advertise that the post office is open when the shop is open if this is not true

Left a parcel for delivery - the in store Post Office was closed but lady behind the till said she would take it and send it off the following day (it was a pre-paid Amazon return). Amazon have told me that 2 weeks later they still haven't been sent the parcel.

McColl's is a great friendly place to shop, but the post office within the shop needs sorting out never enough staff and long queues, when I have been in there.
