Premier Express - Bitterne Village

The cashier man tried to rob my bank card and said my bank card got declined then apparently he said on the receipt it said he had to take my bank card off me which I didn't believe, luckily I said let me try again and he was hesitant to give me my own bank card but I argued with him then he handed my bank card to try again I took it and walked out. I wouldn't trust these people in this shop. I dunno if they took any other peoples bank cards but I went to another shop and brought the drink I wanted and had no problems they were obviously doing something dodgy.

Best Premier I've been in so far. Always trying to get in imported sodas, energy drinks, sweets, chocolates that you can otherwise only get in the USA or Canada.

Hopefully we'll see Swedish Fish flavour Ghost soon? Still haven't tried that flavour yet! Also hopefully we'll see Irish Blend Java Monster back again soon too? Also love the Mean Bean one, especially the Canadian version as they have a little bit less caffeine compared to USA version! Salted Caramel is a good one too! 😅♥️

Poor customer care, being there three times and each time my Hermes parcel was thrown onto floor - no f…. given - would not recommend it to anyone

Went in there with scratch cards won a tenner on 4 different cards a woman told me she can only give me a fiver back I asked why she told me no one buys there scratch cards so I only could get a fiver she tried to grab the tickets out of hand they are rip of merchants

If I could rate it zero stars I would.

I decided to support a local business with my Amazon collections, I will never again use this shop.

HORRENDOUS service.

Lady serving had two screaming fighting children on her lap, they were obviously her children..the noise was ridiculous and she did nothing about it.
They were taking sweets out of a jar with visibly dirty hands.

I waited for at least two minutes before she even acknowledged me..and even then she only acknowledged me by lifting her head.

A gentleman joined her behind the counter and spoke to her and the children in plain and clear English but they then all started talking, what I presume was their own language, whilst dealing with me.
.so unbelievably rude.

I was asked for a barcode and when I explained I only had relevant numbers she actually took my phone out of my hand without asking to look at them.

I was lucky that it was just a book because all the parcels were just heaped together in an untidy pile on the floor.

I intend to contact Amazon because they are not deserving of Amazon's, or my, custom.

Let me start by saying I consider these shop owners the Kindest people in bitterne and always willing to help.

Often giving my daughter a lolly to cheer her up and always greet with a massive smile and fantastic deals with a large American candy section and savings u just can't beat anywhere in bitterne.

I'm a hard working man and I love to wake up walk down have a energy drink and talk to the friendly owners and start my day right.

Rude and uninterested staff, not helpful with Evri/Hermes parcel

great little shop filled with everything from snacks and american candy to toys and slushies. lovely service, i always go here to drop my parcels off as this shop is so reliable. supporting the community too
