One Stop

The worst customer service ever. Refused to accept my £50 note even though I asked him to check and test it. It's illegal not to accept English money in England. I tried paying contactless and their machine for some reason didn't accept and the lad behind the till asked me for chip and pin. I said what happened to the contactless? He said confidently " it only accepts under a certain limit " !! I said yes but my bill is only £8.40 !! He didn't even know what contactless is or how to test a note to see if fake or real !! Bunch of idiots running a shop

It has got to be the worst convenience store known to man. It is never open, I do not even bother to try there now ... I just go to another convenience store that is open when it says it is ....

Awful experience. I accidentally dropped a bottle of ketchup when I was putting my groceries on the till. Only the young lady on the till was helpful, but the rest of employees kept yelling across the shop an running around like headless chickens, which I found over the top, and downright bully. I felt like I’ve done something terrible. There were only a few drops of ketchup on the floor. And this things happen!

The worst convenience store going, who knows if it will be open or not?! It is like rolling a dice but in future I will walk to Sainsburys local as I don't like to gamble.

The shop is never open on time says 7 til 10 but its more like open when we like and the place is dirty.

Lack of staff, never open before 10, Rude and miserable owners and over priced products!
I got yelled at one time by the fat old woman here for a trying to pay for a small quantity of items with a £10 note rather than change 'cause I didn't have any on me.

If I could rate this dump ZERO stars, I would!
Never coming here again!

the refrigerators are always empty, the most important thing is that they don't even have water and they don't have a fridge with such August temperatures, they smoke cannabis

Terrible place, the manager is absolutely disgusting, he gets his mrs to call in sick for him, I have proof on my phone , because I was savvy enough to record it , and it's still on my phone, its not sour grapes, it's the Truth , and it's filthy , everything is out of date , its a joke in that place , disgraceful
