Hythe Convenience Store

The man who runs this store is a horrible person. He shouted at my daughter while she was trying to get her parcel, even a customer had to tell him to stop. Vile man avoid with all costs

Listed as DPD drop off location, but don't offer it. Waste of time

The shop is so rude and cheeky, listed as DPD collection point but no services mind and no willingness to help you find the stack of parcel. I had to find my parcel by myself then I found that my parcel is unboxed and the f shop claimed it was in this condition when they received it from DPD. Omg, how come?
Never ever select this collection point especially those who are student at Essex.
Noted just walking for 5 minutes to Tesco that is better choice for convenient store.

Staff are always miserable and make me feel like an inconvenience. There’s no parking here so it is a really inconvenient place.I will go out of my way to not use this store.

Miserable service whilst attempting to collect a parcel. The shop was so disorganised that they appear to have lost my parcel. Even though I was at the counter and next to be served the woman insisted I keep waiting and waiting while she serve customers in the queue behind me which was never ending. She couldn't be bothered to look for the package and was totally rude and unhelpful.

AVOID! I’ve had parcels gone missing. Ruben took my parcel. Showed me it when I went to collect, as he couldn’t read my name. Wouldn’t give me the parcel- had DPD CALL who authorised the release. Then still wouldn’t give it to me. Then the next day they were called again and they denied having it. The fact that I saw it in there twice and now they saying they haven’t got it has really annoyed me. I done nothing wrong to those nasty people yet mainly the young night staff are just vile people. Just stay away or your day will get cloudy. THIEVES!

No manners from the cashier. No please or thank you.
She just said you got No I.d. rather than asking nicely! I think she was rude
