One Stop

Love the costa and the breakfast pastries! What happened to the Gluten free section? Tescos and Asda's do that! Shame you don't have more veggies and a dairy free section in your chiller. If only you can take electric and gas payment cards?!

Ordered via Deliveroo, there are missing items a couple times now, kind of defeats the convenience of ordering as I now have to wait for a refund etc.

Getting really frustrating how often you can't take Hermes packages, just get a ton of the receipt books in stock and problem solved! Wouldn't mind so much if all the staff were on the same page, but some will take them without a receipt and some refuse, truth is the receipt goes straight in the bin outside anyway as the first scan means they are in the Hermes network. Either offer it as a service or don't.

I use this shop regularly and never had bad service in four years !
Stock problems are mainly due to the current state of this country !
But when I move I will miss this shop!

90% of the time this shop is great. Very rarely they've had issues with stock flow that's meant I've not been able to get what I want for several days in a row but those times is the exception. The queue lanes to pay are set up in such a way that you could conceivably not realise that there's two lanes to pay until you almost cut in front of someone, however this has never really been an issue and other customers in this area are generally a nice bunch.

My partner bought a bunch of flowers for his mum today. He noticed that they were a week out of date, so took them back for a refund to be told " well they look alright so we keep them out"
He paid full price and they wouldn't have lasted 5 minutes in a warm house.
Hopefully they check their food dates better.

When Beth is working the shop is closed early. Today the shop was closed on two occasions without explanation at 3.00pm and 7.30pm. When I was finally let in Beth continued a lengthy conversation with a customer, ignoring the queue until a colleague served us. Beth is rude, not personable and her manner is highly unacceptable. Otherwise I find this convenience store a good place to shop.

Closed for no apparent reason at 4.30. 2 members of staff in the stop and all the lights on. A group of potential customers outside the shop being ignored. Shop very useful but dreadful staff.
