Absolutely appalling, they make up their own rules if they do not feel like opening the post office today they won’t, the amount of money I have lost due to this train wreck of a post office is unbelievable. Parcels even with tracking seem to go missing a lot, the last parcel was an Xbox game, they ask what was in there so I told them, their eyes lit up and now it’s gone missing 1 week later. It has tracking and states it hasn’t left the post office but they can’t seem to find it, also taking parcels for guaranteed next day knowing full well it won’t get there, package labelled “live shrimps” but they still take the package and it’s left in the offfices over the whole weekend, finally managed to get them on Monday to find they’re all dead. Absolutely appalling place of business it needs to be shut down ASAP!!!

Short staffed!
Never open!
Overpriced!
Lucky if a qualified person is able to open the post office!
Shelves are empty!
When they’re full it’s out of date!
Fridges are broke!
I can go on!!
Swerve the place at all costs people!!!!!!!!

I was delighted that the shop was being turned into a Morrisons from McColl’s as I literally live across the road. Nevermind ! It’s never open ! The sign reads « open late » from my kitchen windows , who knew 4:30pm was later than late ! So inconvenient. Such a shame I like going in when it’s open sometimes

For the past few months Morrison daily store keeps closing 2 hours before the closing hour.
Update today at 13:20 my father went there and the shop was closed at this time of the day and if I'm honest that's not good for business and the reputation of the company

Absolutely dreadful store. No staff. When they are in they aren’t trained. Store is pretty much closed on a permanent basis. So much so, angry locals have spray painted “CLOSED” in massive black letters on the side of the building. Atrocious. Brings NOTHING to the community and leaves locals, including the elderly and disabled, having to travel too far for postal services etc. disgusting. Wouldn’t even give 1 star but have to in order to leave a review.

Short staffed, poorly stock shelves, closes early or opens late on a regular basis, and forget it if you need to use the post office, it is never open. There are a lot of better options locally.

Shocking store… sort it out… Always closes early or closed. Post office never open. Mouldy bread. Will never use again

SORT IT OR SELL IT!!!
Closes at random. Completely unreliable. Beggars belief how it can get away with this when it bears the name of a household brand. Staff are great and always welcoming though.
