The Indian (not a gentle) man at the counter can't read properly, and has no manners. He made a mistake typing my Click and Collect order code, and was insisting that the SMS and email codes I received were wrong, when in fact he could not read the letters properly and typed them wrongly in his system. Worst, he started arguing with me after the code worked, and I politely and calmly asked how the same code subsequently worked (Well, some don't like to admit their mistake, waste your time, and go on the defensive instead).

I will miss going here for the Chicken Biryani they usually have in stock. It was cheap and the guy at the store was friendly enough to save biryani for me. What a man :D

The lovely gentleman at the counter was super polite and friendly, always soo helpful and I enjoy shopping here!

Mislabelled prices and staff refuse to honour the listed price.

Incorrect opening times and rude staff.

The most unprofessional place I have been to in Colchester.
They should be Displaced and Replaced by more deserving folk who need a job and will do it better.

Avoid!! They offer a discriminatory service! Rude,Unprofessional, Aggressive,Arrogant Staff.
