Dartford Convenience Store

After a change in management the local shop is now going from strength to strength.

Run by two great guys who are developing the business slowly and really trying to get back that local friendly feeling a local shop should have.

I only live down the road so it's great for whenever I need a whole range of stuff. Now they've expanded their range to do fresh groceries so it's even better.

Fantastic shop , owner is very friendly and getting my parcels from here is brilliant. So convenient when I'm not home , just pop in and grab them.

Had a Parcel sent here via ebay which had a query regarding the collection code. Staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Once the parcel arrived i contacted them again so my customer could collect, again a different member, equally as rude and unhelpful decided to put the phone down on me. Called back numerous times and kept putting the phone down! How unproffesional. Will be speaking to ebay and suggesting this shop is removed from their services as they clearly do not want the custom.

One word of advice - never have any of your parcels delivered here!!!
I tried collecting a parcel from here today As I was in the area and told ‘nope you can’t have it today, boss isn’t in, come back another day’. When explained that I work full time, I could only pick up today as I do not live in Dartford and the fact that nowhere on the website or email confirmation did it state you CANNOT pick up parcels on Wednesdays.... I was rudely told ‘just come back another day’.
Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable!

What a lovely newsagents!!!!!! Selling toilet roll as the price marked. Also went in last week looking for Asti Martini and only went and got it from wholesaler. A true gent and very friendly too...... 5 star.. .. Many newsagents should be take a note from him xxxx

Had a parcell delivered there , no issue not so ever to pick up ! Great service

I always get my deliveries sent here. Nothing is to much trouble. Very helpful and always willing to help if there is a problem with how the sender has sent the item. They always sort the problem out. Thank you very much

Big Thank you to the shopkeeper for helping my husband with gas card. Very patient and kind. Checked card, gave us numbers to ring to get new one and get engineer out to us. Turned out to be a battery inside the meter needed replacing. Thank you.
