It's OK. It's not cheap but never too busy if that's important to you.
Useless for large shopping trips as they never seem to have the proper conveyer belt tills open. Suited to basket shopping to be honest.
I still like it though.

Good range of items now back in stock with no obvious goods missing. Staff were keeping adequately distanced whilst on the shop floor stocking shelves. Public were, as usual, more problematic in that they were not following the signage, such as one way through the isles.

No staff monitoring door for controlled social distancing entry so too many people in store. One way system not being enforced. Shelves mainly empty. Disappointing as usually a good place to shop.

I like the new layout in store seems easier to find items and self services isles cut the que time down, I like coop produce and generally find the quality to be good

Cash point never works. Manager didnt care, or seem to do any work in general. I spoke to the operator and coop could have a flagged an issue, it hasn't worked for 3 months, but the geezer clearly couldn't be bothered to anything resembling work.

Decent shop but permanently understaffed. Example this morning: Only one girl covering all the checkouts and not having enough time to clear up coffee which was all over the self service till and floor. The coffee was cold so had been there a while. Store Manager, hang you head in shame!

Why have you stopped selling crusty sour dough boule loaves.
. They always seemed to be a best selling item ,often sold out, The main item now seems to be tiger loaves of poor quality, which do not appear to sell.

The shop is OK. Shelves are always stocked and clean. Only a handful of staff are talkative and pleasant. Rest look miserable.
