Worst service ever. Once came there, sign on the door says be back in 5 mins, waited for almost 10. No one showed up. Second visit two ladies outside smoking. Went inside believing somone else must be inside to serve but no. Store was empty and they made no attempt to stop their smoking to serve their customer. Save your money for someone who wants it.

Why is this store advertising as a collectplus open till 8pm for you to get there with a return (at 3.15pm) and be told “ we are not taking anymore parcels got too many driver has not turned up can’t take anymore my boss would have a right go if I took anymore” and then got a very insincere sorry. As far as I am concerned that is the drop off point for my collection so they should take it . This is my local shop and I will not be using it again.

The staff in this shop are unwelcoming, rude and unwilling to help. I have to go in because it's my local shop but the experience is always one of me feeling It's rude of me to disturb them. If you're lucky enough that Dawn is working then your visit will be a nicer one.
