Very handy to receive online purchases at this store as it means I don't have to wait in for delivery. When I went to collect a parcel this evening, the helpful Manager told me about InPost, the Click & Collect Parcels and Delivery Locker that they now have outside the shop .... this should make things even easier!

overpriced and infriendly. I picked up a product to read the ingredients as i am allergic to many products and was told to put it down or leave. When i went to pay the man and the till scanned my items and before i was able to hand him my money he told me to leave the shops and he wouldn't serve me. He was very rude as soon as me and my friend entered the shops. I did not say anything to provoke him and think that this was extremely unprofessional behaviour

Avoid Card Payment At All Cost - Ferhat and Bulent Ok who apparently own this business are leaving having sold out. They are currently scamming customers double-swiping cards in the hope that they can make as much money as possible and bugger off back to Turkey - Police informed

Excellent customer service

Normally good little shop, especially for things like milk and bread. However disappointed when I got there today at about 10 to closing time to be told they were closed. Especially as the staff appeared to be having a friendly chat at the door. Very disappointed on what used to be a good shop before it was taken over. I will be back but not happy today.

Very rude and unfriendly staff member who might be the owner no less. Walked in to the shop for some milk, I said hello on the way in to the man and he ignored me completely. I know he heard me he is just very ignorant and rude. No customer service at all

Everything is priced up unless there is a price tag on it, but its got a good selection sometimes, ownership changed a little while back and its gotten better, owners are very polite.

Very unfriendly staff here , miserable , blunt and rude. Luckily if you get a hello when you go to the counter
